Present your project in Torrevieja with a clear next step
A small presentation is easier to organise when you know which next step to offer your guests. Use this plan to discuss the format with Space Business House without assuming equipment or dates are available.
One project and one outcome
Decide whether you want feedback, product awareness or a follow-up meeting. Choose a specific audience and its main question. Prepare a concrete example of the problem and your solution instead of a long company history.
A three-part running order
Divide the session into an introduction, demonstration and discussion. Rehearse with a timer and leave room for questions. Where guests speak different languages, agree the event language and prepare a short written summary.
Rehearse the demonstration
Tell the venue whether you will show slides, a physical sample or an application. Ask separately about a screen, sound, internet and connections. Bring an offline copy and an explanation that works without equipment.
Plan arrival and departure
Assign someone to welcome guests. Once the booking is confirmed, share the start time, duration and entrance details. Include setup, arranging materials and clearing away in the hire period you request.
